SHIPPING POLICY
Art Prints:
All of our art prints are dispatched from our award-winning printing partner The Print Space, to ensure a quality product every time.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your order tracking number.
Print Info
Prints are presented on museum-grade, photographic paper, with guaranteed archival qualities. All editions are hand printed and quality checked by experts at theprintspace, the UK’s leading photo & fine art print provider.
Delivery
Artworks are despatched via Royal Mail Signed For services, within 2 working days. theprintspace take great care in packaging your artwork, with a no quibble satisfaction guarantee should you be unhappy in any way. Global shipping is available.
Limited Edition Info
Limited edition prints are accompanied by a numbered holographic certificate digitally signed by the artist, providing limited edition provenance, particularly relevant should the artwork change ownership in future
Returns & Guarantee
Every order comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason then you may return the item within 14 days and receive a full refund. Standard option return postal delivery charges for damaged & defective or incorrect orders will be refunded.

Shipping:
All orders are processed in-house and shipped to the mainland UK for a flat rate of £6.99 via Hermes Signed For courier service - tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch all standard orders for shipping withing 3-5 working days.
If you have ordered a product which includes design work and needs final approval from the customer, we aim to turn all designs round within 48 hours for approval. Once final approval has been received from the customer, we will dispatch the order for shipping in 3-5 working days.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to arrive to allow for shipping time. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us via email at info@theprintkings.co.uk.
